Moving during Coronavirus - Holden Estate Agents guidelines

On Wednesday 13 May it was agreed that the property market could recommence after 7 weeks of lockdown. At Holden Estate Agents, the safety of clients, viewers and our staff remains our number one priority.  It is for this reason that we have written a in-depth Coronavirus (COVID-19) guideline to ensure that we are doing all that is possible to stay safe.  Full details are available on request.  

House visits/Valuations

When we visit your property to provide a valuation/take photos, we will wear PPE including mask, gloves and shoe protectors.  Please ensure that all internal doors are left open with lights on, as we will not touch anything whilst in your property.

Viewings

We will wear PPE including mask, gloves and shoe protectors when we conduct viewings, and would expect viewers to do the same (we can provide this if required)  If any sellers decide to show viewers around their property, we can provide hand sanitiser, masks and disposable gloves - just ask.
