After a very busy July for sales, the market slowed down during August for sales agreed.  This did not come as a massive surprise, as the August school holidays is typically a quieter time for the housing market.  Now we enter September now is the perfect time to put your property for sale if you want to be moved by Christmas.  Below is a breakdown of activity in August along with a direct comparison Vs the same time last year.
